We stayed at Hacienda De Castilla for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also clean. The neighborhood was dog-friendly and convenient for accessing the bus station and Puerto. a budget hotel with good value and a nice pool.

Very good value, short taxi ride from bus station, convenient for city centre, restaurant on site, small pool on site, reasonable size room, quiet location. We only stayed one night but it was a very quiet and comfortable night.

We stumbled upon Hacienda De Castilla after a horrible experience at a nearby hostel. In a desperate late night call to find a room, the receptionist immediately came to our rescue. The hotel provided clean and comfy rooms, along with a peaceful atmosphere and a small pool. The location was great, allowing us to explore the local area and enjoy authentic meals at nearby restaurants. Plus, it was conveniently close to the ADO bus station, making transportation a breeze.

I do recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cancun and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood, with taxis readily available for easy transportation. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with air conditioning and good hot water pressure. Breakfast was included and added to the overall value of the stay.

All was well, no improvements needed.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the hotel facilities were great. We especially enjoyed the small pool and the convenience of having parking available. The location, despite being in a non-touristy neighborhood, was safe and allowed easy access to the nearby beaches at Lopez Portillo. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and even arranged transportation for us from the airport. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a nice selection of options to choose from.

There was nothing we didn't like.
